RAILYARD VENUES
We have two venues on the property allowing us to accommodate a wide variety
of events. Both of our venues are fully climate controlled with AC and heat, have handicapped accessible restrooms, fully equipped bars, and plenty of parking.
Each venue also has its own bridal suite and catering area.

The Railyard Stables
The Railyard Stables is our larger event space that can accommodate seating for up to 350 guests. The barn is a gorgeous setting to host larger weddings and receptions. It features an expansive covered porch that can be utilized for cocktail hour, as well as a (soon to be constructed) separate outdoor ceremony site that overlooks our picturesque pond where you can often find three white swans swimming around. The Stable’s construction began in late 2023 and was completed by the end of 2024. Finishing touches are continuously being added to make the space even more functional and appealing for 2025 events.
The barn is not limited to hosting just weddings. Its 8,000 sq. ft. main event hall is a great space for corporate events, social events, sporting events, community events, trade shows, conferences, festivals, and more.
The Railyard Shed
The Railyard Shed is our smaller event space that can accommodate seating for up to 150 guests. This space is perfect for smaller weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, showers, reunions, and all types of parties. The Shed was established in 2022 but is currently expanding to include a large, covered patio with additional space for guest seating, as well as an outdoor wedding ceremony site right next to the venue on a beautiful, wooded lawn. The views are gorgeous. You may even get to see the train go by!
